Description	Author critically interprets legal prevention mechanisms against illicit use of inside information (insider trading), i.e. notification of directors dealing and maintainance of insider list. In the part dealing with directors dealing focuses on definition of liable persons and in the part dealing with insider lists analyses insufficient transposition of secondary lists in the Czech law.
