Description Heart electrophysiology changes during myocardial ischemia and reperfusion. These changes are studied by electric field vector in various animal experimental models. In our study, electrocardiograms of isolated hearts were recorded from three orthogonal leads and vectorcardiograms were computed and analyzed. Vectorcardiogram magnitude, latitude and longitude were compared by dynamic time warping method. Magnitude was found responding to electrophysiology changes caused by ischemia. Magnitude of VCGs is increasing during ischemia mainly after 6 minutes after ischemia onset and decreasing with duration of reperfusion.
