| Description | The paper deals with the basic issues of the legal regulation of business obligations. It comments individual types of commercial contracts and explains the differences between an absolute commercial obligation, relative commercial obligation, type commercial obligation and facultative commercial obligations. Than the paper refers that it is important to interpret the domestic regulation of public procurement with respect to the relevant EC legislation and existing judicial decisions. The paper names also individual decisions. The paper notices that it is prohibited to circumvent public procurement procedure. |
