| Description | The paper deals with the basic concepts used in a connection with the contract for work under a Commercial code and with the concepts used during building process. Than it graphically shows the examples of suppliers systems. It explains also the importance of contractual regulation of sense and purpose of the contract and informs about the problems with damages and their limitations. |
