Description | EVLS can be considered as a mathematical model of the transformation of current-potential curves capable of eliminating some selected current components, while conserving others by means of elimination functions. The present contribution summarizes applications of EVLS to the study of oligonucleotides (ODNs) with different sequences of cytosine (C) and adenine (A). The EVLS offers a new tool for very good resolution of A and C in ODNs, and, thus, for a qualitative and quantitative sensing of changes in primary structure of ODN chains. |
