| Description | Decision-making in public interest makes a scale of values. In the scale are some values superordinated and are enforced with the state authority. Public interest have to be construed very widely - it have to solve the problem the limitation of autonomous will of the private persons. The examples are choosen from the proposed new regulation the german limited liablity company and are engaged in the qualification of the persons governing the company. |
