Description | The gene expression profile of different hematopoietic stem cell (HSCs) subpopulations and the evaluation of correlation with their biological function is still poorly described problem. In order to bring a new information to this very important research area we used cDNA large-scale (19200 ESTs) microarrays technology for expression profiling of three hematopoietic stem cells enriched populations of human bone marrow. In our experiments we evaluated bone marrow HSCs obtained using the following three methods. (i) FACS CD34+ separation, (ii) immunomagnetic CD34+ separation and (iii) Lin- immunomagnetic separation. |
