Description There are some theoretical arguments for acting against predatory pricing. Important particular issues (such as cost of the dominant firm, its predatory intention, compensation of losses, loss of consumers, price self-defence, prices in Hi-Tech industries) are to be considered. Ex post price regulation is preferable to ex ante price regulation whose costs might be tremendous.
