| Description | The article deals with the problems of legal regulation of domestic violence mainly in relation with the institute of police and judicial expulsion, including enforcement of decision. It is focused on both private law and public law aspects of the problems of domestic violence. At the close it deals with the questions concerning civil procedure code regulation of minors accession to court or more precisely overall relation of regulation of domestic violence to regulation of preliminary measures. |
