Description	The financial legal liability means the entity's obligation to take adverse consequences of its illegal acting as set forth in the financial legislation standards, i.e. sanctions. The authors deals with the term sanction and legal liability which creates a special part of the financial law - the Financial Penal Law. The article also delas with the relation between the Financial Penal Law and Criminal Law.
