| Description | Especially during the process of executing a work, invoicing and paying there can arise some situations that can be classified as an economic criminality. The evident are those cases where the activities that were not done or even were not intended to be done are invoiced. But there can be also some other situations that are not so evident and their judging is more difficult. The results of the test are falsified; intangible products of work (projects, programs) are transferred to other persons etc. To evaluate similar situations it is very important to know the relevant legal regulation and to have good knowledge of practice. This paper should help to understand this issue. |
