Description During a survey of species diversity and ecology of selected West African vertebrates in the Niokolo Koba National Park, Senegal, two kinds of reptiles Chamaeleon senegalensis Daudin (Chamaeleonidae) and Tarentola parvicarinata Joger (Gekkonidae) were collected and examined for parasites. Two types of specimens from genus Oochoristica Lühe, 1898 were found and described from these hosts.
