Description The comparison of Greek and Latin syntactical patterns of dependent clauses and their nominal equivalents brought a number of rather interesting pieces of information in both the horizontal Graeco-Latin dimension and the vertical dimension of Greek and Latin phenomena versus those occurring in modern European languages (specifically in the Romance, Germanic, Slavonic, and Modern Greek languages).
