| Description | The paper presents difficulties with editing literary texts from the period of the early Bohemian Reformation. It examines the limits of textual criticism when constructing a stemma of theological texts with rich textual tradition. Moreover, it analyzes certain orthographical peculiarities and other manuscript details which are traditionally disregarded in critical editions, but which can - upon closer examination - reveal valuable details about the function and perception of texts and their authors. |
