Description Copper nanorods can be prepared by electroplating into porous insulant membrane with vapour deposited copper film on one side. After electroplating, the membrane is dissolved and copper nanorods are obtained. The nanorods are then examined using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).
