Description In the present study, two methods for enrichment of tryptic phosphopeptides were described: IMAC and titanium dioxide chromatography. After enrichment procedure the phosphopeptides were analyzed by MALDI-TOF MS. Alpha-casein was used as model phosphoprotein. The methods were applied to protein mixture of Arabidopsis thaliana.
