Description | The most difficult phase of school -climate assessment is what are the phenomena in the school environment that are most salient for the formation of the subjective evaluations constituting school climate. In our paper we propose a technique for the exploration of salient elements in the school environment. The group development of a card-board game lets students express a wide range of their representations of important persons, norms, rituals or events. The created game can later be used in counselling in school. We offer an example of this technique used to explore the climate and culture of the department of psychology at FSS MU. |
