| Description | Between the business persons the different amounts of money called "brokerage fee" are paid. From this paper about a brokerage contract results when this brokerage fee is paid justly and what is a contemporary legal regulation of brokerage fee. From a context of this text arises in which situations the fees are paid unlawful. By this paper we try to help to those who judge the specific cases. We use also this opportunity to shortly discuss the differences between the Brokerage Contract and a Contract on Commercial Representation. |
