Description The quality of public services is innovating more intensively in a few last years. This paper is presenting results of the wider research project of measurement customers/clients satisfaction. There is in this paper presented choice possibilities of using modern approaches to the quality management in the public sector and their dependence on measurement customers/clients satisfaction.
