| Description | In thie paper the author deals with the question of the participation of the employer on the quality of social security of the employees. On the ground of the general institutes which influence the behaviour of the employer - the conception of "flexicurity" and the conception of "corporate social responsibility" she examines some particular typical institutes of labour law - types of the labour relationship, termination of employment wchich influence tho social security of the employees very hard. |
