Description	The article deals with the key changes in Czech rules of civil procedure concerning minors. It is focused mainly on the impact of EC law on child abduction, namely the EC Regulation No. 2201/2003 of 27th November 2003 - Brusel II bis on the Civil Procedure Code from 1963.
