Description	Law is not a static phenomenon. It is subject to constant change in relation to the changing internal and external social, economic, political and legal environments, national legal cultures, and international influences, the processes of globalization and Europeanization of law. The process of European integration means also some changes of legal consciousness as two sociological researches in Czech and Slovak republic reflected.
