| Description | This article deals with corrective measures in environmental protection. Their function in this area is primarily reparation of environmental harm. Although corrective measures are not subsumed among sanctions, they have similar efect. The article focuses on procedure of applying and imposing corrective measures according to chosen environmental acts (on water, wood, air, soil and nature protection) and to Act on Environmental Damage (No. 167/2008 Coll.) as lex specialis. |
