| Description | This article deals with the house arrest penalty tat will be introduced in the new Criminal Code (Act nr. 40/2009 Coll.). Author focuses on details of eventual introduction of electronic monitoring in the Czech republic. Author presents historical excursus into the introduction of electronic monitoring in several countries and aims more closely at the pilot project of electronic monitoring that was performed in Austria. |
