Description Studies of biomolecules strongly depend on efficiency of their isolation from biological materials. Using paramagnetic particles (MPs) represent new method for these purposes. This method is based on hybridization of target molecules on a surface of particles. MPs can be modified with different molecules, for example sequences of thymine or other nucleotides for isolation of nucleic acids. This method is faster and less laborious then commonly used phenol chloroform extraction. Using MPs we studied the isolation of ODN with different sequence and chain length
