| Description | The paper presents the reader with theoretical analysis on the topic of workplace learning. To clarify the concept of workplace learning consistently, theoretical questions of workplace learning need to be resolved, for example one fundamental question needs to be asked and answered: Is there an existing theory of workplace learning? Or - regarding the multi-paradigmatical nature of the social sciences and within these the educational sciences - even better said by using the plural: Are there theories of workplace learning? And does workplace learning have its pedagogical/andragogic theory? Naming the theory or theories of workplace learning, especially the pedagogic/andragogic is the aim of this paper. |
