Description The existence of new uncertainties and social risks demands higher flexibility and adaptability with regard to the changing labour environment, new technologies and skills from marginalised labour force on the contemporary labour markets. Key social inclusion mechanism seems to be the education and training programmes process but the flexibility rate of its governance is different among particular European countries. Therefore we try in this paper propose the international comparison of the training and educational programmes using own considerations inspired by foreign experts. In the concrete we focus on how is educational and training policy designed and implemented in selected countries with regard to the flexibility of these systems.
