| Description | Authors deals with the question of the System and structure of civil law from perspective of sanctions. This question means solutions of relations of civil law and public law. The civil law and the public law have common characteristic, but of course, the different characteristic. The common characteristic indicate dependence. On the other side, different characteristic indicate distinctions. This distinctions have an importance for the structure of civil code, especially in the perspective of the abstraction and the generalization. |
