Description | The mehod for simple and reliable determination of caffein and paraxanthine in human saliva was developed. After simple, liquid-liquid extraction into organic solvents, sample were separated on Kinetex PFP column and detected at 268 nm. Mobile phase (0.05% acetic acid: methanol, 75:25) was eluted isocratically at flow rate of 0.55 ml/min. All analytes wre eluted within 13 min. |
