| Description | The problems that arise in the practice of evaluation of concrete contracts are usually connected to the differing of the contract for the carriage of goods and the consignment of goods contract. It is important not to forget that some issues of the legal regulation of the contract for the carriage of goods contained in the Commercial Code can be differently regulated in the rules of transportation. If there is a foreign element in a legal relation (e.g. a place of destination is lying in the territory of another state) and if there is an international convention that is applicable to this contract, it is important to bear in mind the legal regulation contained in the international convention will be decisive for the contract. This treatise wants to contribute to the improvement of the described status. |
