| Description | Since its first decision in 1994, the Czech Courts ruled, that the assignement and endorsement are two exclusionary ways how to transfer commercial papers (negotiable instruments). This essay examines the propositions for the transfer of recourse rights after payment of a bill of exchange or promissory note. Explaining the propositions and their context of avals rights, the article examines their influence on all transfers of commercial papers. |
