Citation
Description Among the regulations of the peace treaty arranged between representatives of the Czech king Premysl Otakar II and the King Rudolf of Habsburg from May 6,1277 there was one returning a place called Chrumnowe "to the one it rightly belonged to".This study tries to prove that this place was not royal Moravsky Krumlov but Cesky Krumlov belonging to the lords of green Rose. The central argument is relationship between Premysl Otakar II and the Witigos within the framework of war conflict which escalated exactly at the time when the peace treaty was arranged in Vienna. The goal of the Czech King was the doom of the Witigos [destructio Witkonidum] while his army did not only ravage Witigos' property they purposefully conquered their main family manors. The author indirectly proves the identitz of the place of Chrumnowe with Cesky Krumlov by diplomatic circumstances of the fight between the king and the rebellious nobility
