Description	The paper deals with the position of consumers in unfair competition and their legal protection under Community rules (the development of the Council Directive on Misleading and Comparative Advertising, Unfair Commercial Practices Directive) and the Commercial Code (Section 44 et seq.). Furthermore, the paper focuses on some interpretation problems in adjusting the legal means of protection against unfair competition.
