| Description | The submission is focused on the foundation of the Czech minority elementary schools in Ustí nad Labem and its surroundings written based on the study of the historical sources, the education laws and the press news. The author pays attention to the questions who forced the foundations, how this foundation was running and which circumstances (national, bureaucratic) had to be overcome. |
