| Description | Many challenges are associated with aging population. These include the position of older employees in the labour market. In what respect is the situation of this group of experienced and still relatively healthy and efficient employees problematic? This article provides an answer to this question by naming several key aspects of the situation of the employees 50+ group in the labour market. The reference is made to both the changing world of work today, as well as empirical research of the characteristics of the group. |
