| Description | The article discusses involvement of older Czech workers in the lifelong learning. On the basis of empirical evidence it shows that those who do enrol in different types of education even in later life do tend to show better outcomes in the realm of labour market, as well as in more general measures of quality of life. Hence stronger support of later life learning is recommended. |
