| Description | Domestic violence is a very problematic area of the whole society. Domestic violence is not only solved by family and criminal law, the concept of domestic violence occurs in Czech administrative law as well. From this fact accrues, that Supreme Administrative Court occasionally takes decisions, that are related to the question of domestic violence. The primary focus of my contribution is to describe, how does the Supreme administrative court interpret the concept of domestic violence, what are the judicial decisions related to and what results from them. |
