| Description | The primary focus of my contribution is an introduction of wrongful life and wrongful birth action. Under the Czech law it is not a very well known area of law, so in my contribution essential notions and foreign judicial decisions will be pointed out. In my contribution, famous wrongful life and birth cases will be mentioned. |
