| Description | Two paintings of Josef Ignaz Sadler from the collections of the Moravian Gallery iconographically depict Holy Kinship (Heilige Sippe). Their small size, but equally the remarkable painterly quality lead us to describe the function of both images as a type Andachtsbild. It is interesting then to try to find the names of their potential clients. |
