| Description | The paper analysis two different ways of the protection of the weaker party in case of choice of law by the parties that are in the Regulation Rome I and deals with the issue whether the Regulation Rome I gives to the weaker parties a higher standard of protection than previous Rome Convention did. The paper also deals with the level of legal certainty of the contractual parties in relation to the legal regime of their relations. |
