| Description | The paper introduces partial results of the research project. This research project was focused on assessment of graduates of Institute of lifelong learning of Mendel University in Brno asserting on employment market. The paper evaluated the level of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of these graduates from the employers' point of view. Furthermore, it assesses the interconnection of knowledge and skills related to the relevant field of study. Finally, there are identified knowledge, skills and abilities that employers of graduates consider as most important. |
