| Description | The part of the recodification in the area of private law is the draft of the new Act on private international law. The existing regulation is included in the Act Nr. 97/1963 Coll. The paper is focused on the main principles and the regulation of the particular questions of the new draft. The special attention is given to the impact on the business activities. |
