Description The author has outlined the negative aspects of interfering with employment relationships by presenting two approaches to regulation of employment relationships – (1) especially the utilitarian approach and (2) marginally even the ethical approach. In the “utilitarian” chapter, the author deals especially with economic aspects of such regulations. Especially he explains the negative effects of minimum wage laws.
