| Description | The presentation aims to introduce an instrument developed within the framework of a project Towards Quality in Teaching for teacher (self-)evaluation. The construction of the instrument conceptually draws upon previous attempts to design the Standard of Quality in the Teaching Profession in the Czech Republic as a pre-requisite for a “career ladder” for teachers. The main source of inspiration, however, have been comments and recommendations gathered during the pilot phase from practising teachers as well as the leadership of their schools. |
