| Description | Impaired microvascular function is associate with worse prognosis of the patients with acute myocardial infarction including patients after coronary intervention or without coronary artery disease. The index of myocardial resistance based on the simultaneous pressure and temperature measurements is one of the possible techniques for the microvasculature assessment in the cathethrisation laboratory. |
