Description Antitrust law belongs to the cornerstones of European integration. Responses to changing conditions are made in the area of soft law and in the decision-making practice of the Commission and case-law of the European judiciary. Some of them support each other, some, instead, contravene or exclude each other. The article identifies basic tendencies in the enforcement of European competition law and their harmonic and contrary impact.
