| Description | The chapter deals with the definition of museum audience and its individual components. It presents a lot of findings about specific groups of museum visitors and thus improves understanding of their behaviour in the museum environment. A greater insight and more frequent examination of museum visitors are a starting point for the conception of the offer of museum services geared towards a broad spectrum of the society, e. g. pupils, adults, seniors, people with a health or social disability of families with children. |
