Description The Specificity of Scenography by the Czech theatre studies scholar Vladimir Jindra considers the first and the most important problem of the visual aspect of a performance: its very essence. Rather paradoxically, it focuses on this single component of theatrical performance to prove it is inextricable from it. The whole study lays out rather an elaborate conception of scenography. This presentation attempts to introduce the conclusion of this complex conception – e.g. the idea of material and immaterial sub-components of the theatrical art.
