Description | Sandwiches consisting of copper disks with Ag nanopowder interlayer annealed at various temperatures from 200 to 350 C were studied. The main emphasis was placed on the characterization of quality of the sintered Ag layers by means of nanoindentation experiments. The highest hardness values were obtained after annealing at 350 C. The highest values of the Young's modulus were achieved after annealing at 250 C, indicating the lowest porosity of the sintered layer. |
