Description European integration is substantially organised by legal means, legal institutions and legal rules, and is implemented through legal relationships. EU law became part of the interpretation and application practice of public authorities, particularly courts. EU law is thus a significant manifestation, means and output of the Europeanisation process. The Czech Constitutional Court has also had to deal in its decisions with the issue of Euro-conforming and constitutionally conforming interpretation.
